Agência Sabiá Wins Golden Bee B2B Awards for Best Agency-Client Integration

Agência Sabiá was announced as the winner of the BBN Golden Bee B2B Awards 2024 in the category of Best Agency-Client Integration 2023, recognizing the best practices in agency-client integration with a focus on collaborative work developed over the past year between Sabiá and Atlassian, one of the leading global software companies.

The BBN Golden Bee Awards is an international award organized by BBN – The World’s B2B Agency, bringing together B2B agencies from around the world. The award aims to highlight key initiatives in the sector, promoting innovation and excellence in business communication. The award ceremony takes place at the BBN Academy, where winners are announced and celebrated. This year, the BBN Academy was held in Barcelona, Spain.

The Sabiá and Atlassian Case

The Best Agency-Client Integration category recognizes agencies that demonstrate a high level of collaboration and integration with their clients. Sabiá was awarded for its contribution in adapting Atlassian’s global strategies to the Latin American market.

The partnership involved the use of various tools that facilitated communication and strategic planning between the agency and software company teams. Bi-weekly meetings with the marketing and customer success teams, along with monthly meetings with resellers, allowed Sabiá to operate as a direct extension of the client’s team, promoting a constant flow of information and preventing operational bottlenecks.

This deep integration enabled the agency to work on several fronts, including:

  • Channel Marketing: Conducting meetings with local partners to ensure alignment with regional objectives.
  • Field Marketing: Supporting regional events and activations, as well as assisting in recruiting new leaders.
  • Community Engagement: Expanding the company’s community program in Brazil by selecting leaders and supporting event promotion.
  • Customer Success: Mapping and documenting success cases, always respecting the brand’s identity and voice.

Visible Results

The results of the collaboration between the two teams were significant, with increased regional engagement and global visibility for local cases. A notable example was the “ITSM Transformation” event for Atlassian partners and clients, which drew 471 registrations, with 237 attendees, surpassing the original target by six times.

The continuous integration between the teams also allowed Sabiá’s success stories to be presented at Atlassian’s global conference for two consecutive years, enhancing regional impact and surpassing the company’s global growth average over the past six years.

Testimonials from the Atlassian Team

The partnership was highly valued by Atlassian executives. Caroline Park, leader of the “Atlassian Community Leaders” program, commented, “They are essential to Atlassian’s success in Brazil. Aline constantly updates me on our goals, connecting with the community to meet our leaders. Vanessa is an excellent leader, and Pedro was instrumental in our decision to partner with Sabiá.”

Shayla Sander, Atlassian’s Channel Marketing Head for Latin America, also praised the collaboration: “Working with Sabiá has been a positive experience. All our partners love working with them, and we are very grateful for the excellent work they do.”

The BBN Golden Bee Awards is a significant recognition for Agência Sabiá, highlighting its ability to integrate with major global companies and adapt their strategies to the regional market.
