ANBIMA – Investment Fund Congress

Challenge: impacting sponsors and more than one thousand financial professionals

ANBIMA, the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association, promotes at every two years the largest and most important event of the sector in the country.

Sabiá was the agency in charge of the visual concept and all the communication pieces of the last two editions of the event, in 2015 and 2017, in partnership with production company Cafundó. 

At each event, the challenge is to expand sponsorship sales and increase the audience, taking great care of details that delight and surprise a very demanding audience.

 

Approach

We started by understanding the content theme of each edition of the event and creating a strong identity, aligned and reproducible to the most diverse formats.

With a detailed schedule and list of pieces, management in view of the project’s evolution, technical visits and a lot of dedication, we built:

• The event’s hotsite and a special sponsors’ page.

• App promoting sponsors, speakers, the schedule, map and encouraging networking.

• Digital advertising pieces: several marketing e-mails, posts for social media, web-banners.

• Printed material: advertisements, badges, elevator stickers for the ANBIMA office.

• Full set design, including signaling, stage, press room and parallel rooms, in addition to special projections for transition between presentations.

 

Results

The 8th edition of the event, in 2015, had over 1,150 participants,

50% of them in leadership positions, achieving 95% satisfaction.

The 9th edition has evolved to an unprecedented and surprising format, held at Bienal de SP. All sponsorship quotas were sold out and new formats were opened. The audience was record-breaking!
